This page is for my commission information. Here you'll find my terms and conditions, amongst other things.

I won't draw NSFW or fetish artwork. I can't do intense gore or violence. I might have to decline things that are too scary or grim. Nothing bigoted. No racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc. I will not work off of reference images from "AI generated" material. If you want to commission me to draw a character as advertisement for a project, please mention that to me before I start working on it. Depending on the project, I'd be happy to shout you out when I post it! If a character of yours happens to appear in a commercial piece of media, I'm still happy to draw them for personal use, this only applies to use in advertising or official media. I don't have much experience drawing humans yet, so I'm more likely to accept commissions for furries or distinctly non-human characters. (This isn't a "no", but I might be more likely to decline a piece containing a character or scene I'm not confident in drawing.)	I can cancel or decline a commission for any reason. I don't have to explain exactly why. If I've started it, but I cancel it before it is complete, I will refund you any money you've paid through. I can use or display any drawings I do wherever I want and forever. I might use them as examples in my portfolio. If you ask me to add something or change something on a piece of art you've already approved and that we've considered finished, I may charge you extra. (Note that this might not always be possible for drawings on traditional media.) I keep the copyright the the artwork I produce, but you can use it in the ways I specify. If in doubt, please ask!

Sell merchandise or products featuring my work. Edit a drawing in order to change the intent behind it in a way that's objectionable or inappropriate - like making it sexually explicit, or making it say something offensive. Remove my signature/watermark, not counting cropping or editing the image to fit in a profile picture, banner, or design. If you do so, credit me somewhere easily visible near the image, like in your bio or in a caption. Use it in a hateful or bigoted context (e.g. using it in a post with hate speech, or adding hate speech to the image), even if you don't necessarily agree with those views (not even for a "parody"). I don't want my artwork to be associated with that kind of attitude.	Print it on clothes or pillows, or use it on decorations, or anything else for personal use, if you aren't planning on producing them to profit off of them. Use it online in PFPs, banners, websites, social media posts, forum signatures, etc. as long as you give credit to me. (Giving credit involves linking to any of my socials, preferably one on the platform you posted it on, and crediting it to ThatFlyingFurry or Cornflower.) Modify it in certain ways, like adjusting the colours, doodling on it, changing the background, combining it with other pieces, etc. If you modify it in a way that removes the signature, you MUST include credit or the signature somewhere else on the image or in the accompanying text (e.g. an attached post, or a caption, but NOT a separate page or somewhere too obscure). If you intend to use my art in a project like a game or a video, please ask me for permission, and explain how it will be used. If you're commissioning me with the intention of doing that, please let me know :3 For digital pieces, you can ask for additional version with different accessories, features, etc. at any point, even after the commission is done! You may have to pay for this separately, in addition to the base comm.

Further information

I'll ask for payment after we've both agreed on the sketch.

2D image references are preferred. I can accept 3D models or renders for references, too. I'm capable of using sculptures, fursuits, or similar accurate physical depictions as reference, but I'm not entirely confident in working from text, or photos of real-life subjects. If you'd still like to commission me using one of those types, please ask!

I'll ask beforehand if I ever need to take any creative liberties, like simplifying a design.

If I am unable to complete your commission for 2 weeks, from illness or work or any other reason, I'll message you and we can discuss how to handle it.

This list of terms and conditions may change from time to time. I won't limit the rights you have to drawings you already own - you can find older versions of this page using the Wayback Machine if you need to check them. Even if you've commissioned me before, I recommend reading it again in case it's different. It was last updated on the 18th of February, 2026.
